The Chinese dish of legends is now available at the Hyatt Regency Hong Kong hotel’s Café

Throughout January, Café ­– the buffet restaurant at the Hyatt Regency Hong Kong hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui – will be serving one of the most iconic Chinese dishes in history. “Buddha Jumps Over the Wall”, a nourishing double-boiled soup that here comprises of sea cucumber, fish maw, conpoy, dried yam, chicken feet, black mushrooms and wolfberries, will be served individually to diners at the table.

The buffet at Café features a vast range of hot food from live cooking stations, as well as chilled appetisers, sushi, sashimi and international cuisines. From Monday to Thursday, the buffet is priced at HK$488 per adult and HK$244 per child; on Fridays, weekends and public holidays, adults pay HK$548 and children HK$274.
