The seasonal celebration of bamboo shoots features unique dishes available this summer

This summer, chefs from Hutong are sourcing the most celebrated bamboo shoots to create an array of new dishes featured in the restaurant’s bamboo-themed menu. The establishment’s new ‘Yong Zhu’ bamboo menu showcases a number of unique dishes, including bamboo shoots, giant bamboo root tips, and wagyu tenderloin in Sichuan chilli broth; pu-erh tea smoked cod fillet steamed in bamboo leaves; steamed tiger prawns with chilli, black garlic and crisp bamboo shoots. Hutong’s new bamboo-themed dishes are available from now until August 16.
