Hugo's Christmas five-course set dinner menu showcases an array of gastronomic treats with signature gueridon service

Make this Christmas a decadent affair with Hugo’s five-course Christmas set dinner as the culinary team meticulously prepares an array of gastronomic treats with the restaurant’s signature gueridon service.

Start the evening with Hugo’s classic prawn cocktail with Marie Rose dressing, romaine lettuce and cherry tomatoes prepared tableside, before revelling in five spiced foie gras terrine with fig jam and toasted brioche. Don't miss Hugo’s lobster bisque, featuring the signature cream and brandy scented lobster soup made with Atlantic Boston lobster flamed tableside. Enjoy the festivities in full with roasted US turkey presented on the carving wagon and served with parsnips, carrots, red cabbage, young potatoes, brussel sprouts, chestnut stuffing and giblet gravy, or upgrade to roasted US rib of beef as a supplement. Complement the night with British Christmas pudding with brandy custard and vanilla ice cream, flamed tableside.

Hugo’s five-course Christmas set dinner is priced from HK$1,388 per person and is available on 24 and 25 December 2021. The à la carte menu is also available for order.
