Starting from May 22, 2020, May Chow will kick off the ‘Long Weekends’ pop-up series at Happy Paradise, May Chow’s neo-Chinese bistro in Soho district. The pop-up series will run weekly from Thursdays to Sundays each week, featuring a collection of off-menu specials such as Chicken Caviar (Sichuan fried chicken bites, with labneh and salmon roe); drunken clam noodles (with Shaoxing butter and chives); and 48-hour short rib bao. Little Bao’s signature dishes will make a return available for pre-ordering. Dishes such as whole yellow wine chicken with oyster mushroom fried rice, shiitake broth, and chrysanthemum; XL charsiu rice (Iberico roasted pork, silky egg whites and soy-yolk glaze), and tomahawk steak rice noodles (with seaweed butter and preserved lemons)
Little Bao’s Long Weekends pop-up at Happy Paradise runs every Thursday to Sunday, starting from Friday, May 22, 2020 during dinner from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm, with lunch option available on weekends from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
