Hairy crab season has now begun! Executive chef Jacky Chung at Yue has prepared an array of hairy crab delicacies this September and October, highlighting braised tofu with hairy crab meat and crab roe served in stone pot, Shanghai soup dumplings with minced pork and hairy crab meat and crab roe, and stir-fried hairy crab meat and crab roe. Steamed hairy crab originated from Jiangsu should not be missed as well.
