The taste of old Hong Kong returns with a revamped selection of old Cantonese classics

Since its launch last year, Greater China Club’s Man Hing is bringing back its popular ‘Taste of Old Hong Kong’ menu, featuring beloved Cantonese classic dishes. The new limited-edition menu is now updated with more vintage courses for sharing, including double-boiled pork lung soup with almond, golden-coin chicken, deep-fried boneless chicken stuffed with glutinous rice and dried shrimps, as well as a traditional dim sum menu with nostalgic morsels such as steamed seafood dumpling stuffed with superior soup and steamed pork dumpling with chicken and pork tripe.
