Show mama the love with an Italian touch at The Pottinger Hong Kong

This Mother’s Day, Gradini at The Pottinger Hong Kong is presenting an all-new Italian gourmet semi-buffet brunch, where guests can spend a lovely Sunday pastime with a toast to mothers. The hearty family brunch begins with an antipasti buffet station featuring a selection of dishes such as pan-seared foie gras with raspberry balsamic and 36-month San Daniele ham with cantaloupe. The brunch also includes Gradini’s signatures such as Boston lobster with wild mushroom cream sauce, pasta dishes such as spaghettoni with bottarga and mussels, or main dishes such as pan-fried halibut with martini salmon caviar sauce, and slow-roasted lamb chops with Barolo wine sauce.

Guests can indulge in a wide range of desserts including the restaurant’s signature classic tiramisu, panna cotta and crème brûlée, as well as a selection of Asian sweets available at the dessert buffet.

Gradini’s Mother’s Day brunch is available on May 13, and is priced at HK$588 per person.
