Now available at MO Bar at the Landmark Mandarin Oriental, the three-course Gardener's Spring Brunch includes beautifully presented starters to share, including seared yellow fin tuna niçoise salad, charcuterie, cherry tomato tart, and Japanese edamame. For the main course, guests can choose from a variety of delicious comfort dishes, like NY-style Impossible pork meatball tagliatelle and lobster eggs benedict, served with a choice of side dish. The brunch is completed with a spring collection of pastries, featuring pistachio Paris Brest and Belvedere vodka sorbet.
The delicious brunch is complemented by free-flow cocktails and bubbles, think refreshing cocktails crafted by head bartender Daniel Valencia: the MO Garden, portraying a spring garden in a glass, is a refreshing cocktail with a concoction of agave, lemon, snap peas, mixed with Seedlip Garden and Belvedere vodka; while the Tropical Soil, made with Moët & Chandon Imperial, rhubarb, grapefruit, lychee and coconut, is a bubbly cocktail with sweet and citrusy notes, perfect for the sunny spring weather.
Available on Saturday and Sunday from 11:30pm to 3:45pm, the Gardener’s Spring Brunch comes with two formulas: the Spring Brunch, priced at HK$658, with 1.5-hour free-flow of seasonal cocktails, Moët & Chandon champagne and other non-alcoholic beverages; and the Vintage Brunch, priced at HK$748, which includes free-flow of Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage and an additional selection of classic cocktails.
