Celebrate the 20th anniversary of Gaia Group in an elegant yet unpretentious environment with the finest culinary creations

As they step into their 20th anniversary, it's worth remembering that Gaia Group has a long history of opening restaurants with innovative food concepts and contemporary designs. With over 40 restaurants operating in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing and Bangkok, the group has come to launch G Room Bar & Lounge, where Mediterranean tapas-style dishes are created with a South-East Asian touch.

Aiming to gratify diners from the younger generation, Gaia Group presents a new immersive fine dining experience at G Room, harmoniously combining dining, music, art and technology in a sophisticated dining space. Whether you are looking for creativity or quality on the plates, the restaurant aims to surprise you with its cuisine.

Jet-fresh seafood is presented through colourful ingredients and distinctive flavours, with dishes such as whole lobster paella and the G Room seafood platter . The paella contains a whole Boston lobster, and is served with Asian-style fried rice and premium Iberico ham, taking you on a luxurious South-East Asian gastronomic journey. The seafood platter features a wide assortment of seafood and deep-fried snacks, including prawns, Jack mackerel and calamari, Thai fish cake and Spanish ham.

It can’t be denied that tapas should be paired up with a few specially curated cocktails. The signature Sangria Jar is a must-have at the Spanish dining table, celebrating seasonal fruits blended with premium rum. For a more novel taste, sip on the Wasagin, which is inspired by the classic Southside gin cocktail, but infused with persimmon liqueur and wasabi.

Embrace the night with the tranquility, exquisite cuisine, and lively music at G Room.
