This August, embark on a gastronomic journey through central Italy with Cucina’s new signature menu crafted by chef de cuisine Andrea Delzanno. Featuring quintessential delicacies from the central regions of Italy, guests can savour four signature dishes paired with wine for an authentic Italian feast.

Start off the decadent meal with the traditional Italian starter of tuna tartare with a refreshing Tuscan Panzanella salad in a lemon oil dressing. Then, tuck into the deeply comforting Strozzapreti Norcina with Italian sausage and creamy black truffle sauce. For the main course, indulge in a home recipe of Roman-style veal tripe with spicy tomatoes, chickpeas and pecorino. This traditional dish is rich and hearty with a touch of sourness and spice.

The authentic Italian four-course menu is priced at HK$888 per person and can be paired with fine wines selected by the sommelier for an additional HK$420 per person.
