This Father’s Day (19 June 2022), Michelin-starred Man Wah at Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong will present two delightful Father’s Day set menus, along with signature dim sum and à la carte items to celebrate the occasion.

Executive Chinese Chef Wong Wing-Keung has created special set menus that feature local and seasonal produce. Guests can delight in Man Wah’s signature dishes, nourishing soups and classics including Braised Bird’s Nest in Supreme Broth and Pan-fried Australian M9 Wagyu with Asparagus and Vine Pepper. Each dad will also take home a Father’s Day gift.

For families who are dim sum lovers, a Father’s Day dim sum menu will be offered exclusively from 10am to 11:30am on Father’s Day. Highlighted dishes include Har Gau with Tiger Prawn and Bamboo Shoot and Purple Sweet Potato Puff with Foie Gras. The Father’s Day set lunch menu is priced at HK$798* per person and the set dinner menu is priced at HK$1,888* per person. Guests can also choose a wine pairing chosen by the hotel’s Head Sommelier Andrew Lam.
