For one night only, Sheraton Hong Kong is hosting the exclusive opportunity to pair fine wines from the renowned label with a sumptuous seafood dinner

This winter, Sheraton’s Oyster And Wine Bar will be home to a one-night-only wine dinner, featuring a fine selection of vintages from the renowned Château Mouton Rothschild, including star labels such as Aile d’Argent Blanc 2009, Château Clerc Milon 2003 Magnum, Château Mouton Rothschild 1998 Magnum and 2011, best paired with an exclusively designed menu by the restaurant’s chef Oscar Chow. The dinner menu features courses such as Belon 0000 oysters topped with celeriac puree, yuzu light cream, oscietra caviar and oyster leaf; pan-seared foie gras with smoked tuna, fresh fig, and red sorrel; lamb loin with lentil and lamb jus. The six-course menu is priced at HK$3,288 per person, with cocktails starting at 7:30 pm and dinner commencing at 8:00 pm.
