The Northern Chinese restaurant at The Royal Garden captures the best of Beijing and Huaiyang cuisines under one roof

Celebrated for its mutton hotpot, together with the best of Beijing and Huaiyang cuisines, Dong Lai Shun is highlighting a wonderful array of dim sum treats presented by the restaurant’s head chef Sze Chiu-Kwan. Highlights include pan-fried mutton dumplings with Sichuan chilli sauce; steamed beef and preserved vegetable buns, complete with a variety of sweet morsels just as deep-fried miniature pineapple pastry and old Beijing- style steamed glutinous rice flour rolls with red bean paste.
