Comprising Japas' signature chicken shoyu broth and handmade Tokyo noodles, the star of the dish is the prized A5 Wagyu Sirloin from Miyazaki prefecture. It is complemented with soy marinated ramen eggs, premium nori, crunchy wood ear mushrooms, and fresh spring onions.
