What do we enjoy most about Easter Sunday? Other than spending quality time with the family, we get to indulge in a festive spread loaded with your favourite food—including Easter classics.

The French-Chinese spread at Racines is usually already indulgent enough, but since April 21 is no ordinary Sunday, there’s an additional Easter carvery station where you'll find some gloriously decadent roasted lamb served with caramelised onions, as well as fork-tender black Angus beef tomahawk enhanced with Bordelais jus and mustard.

Make these the centrepiece of your feast, which should also include executive Chinese chef Andrew Chong’s signatures, such as duck leg confit with chicken floss, deep-fried barramundi in black bean sauce, and executive chef Jean-Charles Dubois’ sautéed Atlantic Saint Jacques scallops and spiced wagyu beef brisket.

Kids are bound to have an awesome time at the Easter chocolate egg station, where they'll find pastry chef Sam Leong concocting a festive dessert with a vanilla mousse base and a variety of condiments of their choice before it’s crowned with passionfruit espuma. For something more traditional, they can choose to have the crepe suzette accompanied by homemade vanilla ice cream, or croissant waffles made to order, and an eye-catching chocolate fountain.

The Easter Sunday family brunch is available from 12.30-3.30pm. Top up for freeflow wines and beers.

Ellenborough Market Café

Just for Easter, this Peranakan restaurant is expanding its bountiful spread to include delicious hits from around the world. Make the carving station your first stop, and start with a hearty slice of the honey glazed bone-in gammon ham with apple and port wine sauce.

Make time to explore the rest of the sections too, because you’ll find more lip-smacking dishes such as pineapple-fed pot roast kampong chicken with forest mushrooms, balsamic glazed roast beef short rib, and lamb stew in red wine. Over at the Children’s Corner, Tatlings can enjoy their own buffet of chicken nuggets, spaghetti, crispy fish fingers and more.

When it’s time to end the meal with something sweet, the family will have no trouble finding something they fancy, whether it’s the special bunny carrot cake or Grandma’s lemon meringue pie.

The Easter Sunday Lunch Buffet is available from 12-3pm. Children below five years old enjoy a complimentary meal.

Here’s another spread worth checking out as it features a drool-worthy selection of Easter classics combined with the restaurant’s usual spread of international fare. This time, you might want to begin at the egg station, before stopping by the carving station for meaty favourites like slow-cooked beef ribs dressed in a housemade barbecue sauce, and the stuffed leg of lamb.

There's even a do-it-yourself healthy bowl station that boasts a selection including teriyaki chicken, roasted salmon and roasted beef, and a fine assortment of vegetables.

The children get their own spread at the Kids Funland at Bar 75, located opposite Azur. They’ll find a buffet loaded with mini burgers, assorted sandwiches and cake pops. After the meal, young ones can also participate in an egg painting session, followed by an Easter egg hunt. 

The Easter Sunday Brunch is available from 12-3.30pm. Children below six years old dine for free.

Melt Café

For the Easter festivities, Melt Café will celebrate with a Alice in Wonderland theme. On the Red Queen’s turf at the outdoor garden, you'll find a spread comprising of wagyu beef tomahawk steak, chicken wings glazed with honey, and juicy prawns enveloped in garlic and lemon notes.

There’s also the Chessboard Battlefield, home to all-time faves such as chilli crab with fried mantou; scotch quail eggs with pork and fennel seeds, and fragrant mussels in a savoury garlic and white wine broth. End with a sweet treat of yuzu strawberry mousse or chocolate pudding with azuki red beans, or indulge with bottomless Ruinart champagne, wines and beers.

For the young ones (and the young at heart), the golden egg hunt will definitely be a highlight. Lucky winners can look forward to dining vouchers or a luxurious one-night stay at the hotel.

Tablescape Restaurant & Bar

Those who prefer sweet over savoury can head here for an Easter semi-dessert buffet. Mains are available a la carte and include sumptuous bites like grilled chicken, pan-roasted barramundi and wild mushroom risotto.

Word of advice: Go easy on the entrées because desserts are all yours for the taking—satisfy your sweet tooth with tempting creations like silky raspberry pannacotta with chantilly; vanilla crème brulee with bright orange notes; and moist yet decadent carrot cheesecake; and a fruity berries tart.

The dessert buffet is available on April 21 and 22, from 12-3pm and 6-9.30pm.
