Dynasty’s Iconic Cantonese Dishes Available For Delivery
This summer, Dynasty, Renaissance Harbour View Hong Kong’s classic Cantonese restaurant, offers delivery service. The new service covers the establishment’s signature dishes designed by executive chef Suen Kam-Sing. Individually-portioned highlights include lobster in homemade sauce served with deep fried buns; baked crab stuffed with crabmeat and onions; premium braised whole Yoshihama South African abalone with superior oyster sauce, and pan-fried king scallops with vegetables in gravy. The hotel restaurant also offers many sharing dishes such as sweet and sour pork with pineapple; braised short ribs with huadiao wine; and braised pomelo peel with green lettuce in oyster sauce. Dynasty’s takeaway delights are available daily from 11:00am to 10:00pm for self-pickup. Alternatively guests can order through Deliveroo and enjoy a 10 per cent discount.
