Grand Hyatt Steakhouse will be serving American classics as part of the hotel’s new staycation package, Delicious USA

Enjoy a full-on Yankee staycation experience at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong with the Delicious USA package. The feast, which will be served at the Grand Hyatt Steakhouse, aims to bring the delectable flavours of the USA to Hong Kong. 

Featuring classic American gourmet delights, the four-course dinner menu is priced at HK$990 per person. It has been crafted by Grand Hyatt Steakhouse’s head chef Marc Benkoe and will be uniquely presented with a special set up to match the classic American dishes.

Highlights of the feast include Boston lobster cocktail and USDA prime tenderloin. The lobster cocktail is made up of a chilled Boston lobster and herb salad, along with Louis sauces and lemon to enhance the seafood flavour. The lobster is paired with a classic cocktail, offering a rich, cool and refreshing kick. The USDA prime tenderloin is a 6oz superior cut, featuring all the juiciness, flavour and superior marbling you’d expect. It is best paired with Buehler Cabernet Sauvignon – Napa Valley 2017, which enhances the rich flavour of the beef.

Wine lovers should not miss out the wine-pairing option, which features extraordinary American wines handpicked by resident sommelier Maxime Duval.
