In each of the 10- to 15-minute long instructional videos, each chef will prepare one signature dish using Gaggenau’s key kitchen equipment such as the Gaggenau EB333, an oven equipped with pyrolytic systems, 17 heating methods and a core temperature probe; the Combi-Steam Oven, a new oven with grill, steam, and sous-vide function to execute at home. The video series officially kicks off May 8. For more information and to view the video tutorials please visit here.
