The city’s most celebrated tastemakers team up to create culinary videos for aspiring home cooks

This summer, 13 of Hong Kong’s most celebrated chefs unite to produce the Gaggenau Home Chefs Culinary Series, a new online cooking tutorial video collection where home cooks can watch and learn to cook fine dining restaurant signatures at home.

Produced by the German kitchen appliance brand Gaggenau, the all-star line-up of chefs will each prepare two cooking videos which will be launched every two weeks beginning May 8, 2020.  The full line-up includes Nathan Green (Henry); Maxime Gilbert (Ecriture); Daniel Calvert (Belon); Wong Wing-Keung (Man Wah); Jowett Yu (Ho Lee Fook); Kenny Chan (Sichuan Lab); Lung Li (Duddell’s); Satoru Mukogawa (Sushi Kuu); Boonyapat Pariyasakul (Aaharn); Hideaki Sato (Ta Vie); David Lai (Neighbourhood); Ricardo Chaneton (Mono); and Agustin Balbi (formerly of Haku).  *will add links to all restaurants)*

In each of the 10- to 15-minute long instructional videos, each chef will prepare one signature dish using Gaggenau’s key kitchen equipment such as the Gaggenau EB333, an oven equipped with pyrolytic systems, 17 heating methods and a core temperature probe; the Combi-Steam Oven, a new oven with grill, steam, and sous-vide function to execute at home. The video series officially kicks off May 8. For more information and to view the video tutorials please visit here.
