Longing for some delicious Vietnamese dishes this winter? An Nam's executive chef has prepared eight festive dishes with the freshesh quality ingredients, only available at the Causeway Bay outlet. The dishes are deep-fried treasure bag with crabmeat; shrimp and glass noodle served with sweet plum sauce; honey-glazed roasted spring chicken with Virginia ham, lemongrass and herbs; braised beef cheek in red wine sauce, carrot, onion and garlic served with French bread; deep-fried bass fillet with lemongrass, spicy salt and pepper; satay king prawn in clay pot with glass noodle, lemongrass, garlic and shallots; pandan glutinous rice with Vietnamese salami, Chinese sausage, shredded chicken and fungus; rice paper roll filled with lemongrass chicken and fresh mango; and, last but not least, sauteed Australian spinach with fresh crabmeat.
