An extravagant French holiday feast on Star Street in Wan Chai
Enjoy an exquisite culinary journey at Cépage, one of our favourite French restaurants on Star Street in Wan Chai. Where chef Sebastien Lepinoy, the protégé of the legendary Joel Robuchon, has created a unique Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve menu for all to enjoy.
Priced at HK$1,780, the Christmas menu served on December 24 includes:
- homemade foie gras terrine
- langoustine ravioli with white truffle
- black cod, marinated with red miso and black garlic in Hooba leaf
- Vallegrain pork in bouillon
- dark chocolate Christmas log cake with sour raspberry sorbet
Meanwhile, for New Year's Eve, the menu, priced at HK$2,880, includes:
- traditional festive truffle bread
- carpaccio of langoustine topped with sea urchin
- truffled foie gras bonbons
- seared scallops from D'Erquy with black truffle
- candied clementine
