Hua diao is a sweet fragrant yellow wine from Shaoxing province. It has moderate alcohol content, mild in flavour and can be served both warm and cool, just like sake. Starting from now, Xiao Nan Guo at One Peking in Tsim Sha Tsui introduces this haute wine with a special pairing menu, which allows diners to savour traditional Shanghainese cuisine with a twist. The pairing menu offers vintage and premium hua diao from medium dry to sweet to pair with Shanghai delicacies such as:

- spicy Sichuan-style crispy chicken
- hairy crab roe cream with scallop
- diced vegetables with smoked salmon and red-braised soy duck
