The Peninsula presents spring’s finest long jin tea in a six-course pairing menu

We receive a lot of press releases about wine-pairing dinners but fewer on tea-pairings, which is why we're excited to try Spring Moon's tea-pairing menu (available for lunch or dinner). The Peninsula's fine dining Chinese restaurant is presenting an exclusive selection of five different premier Chinese teas including Xifeng Pre-Chingming Long Jin Royal Select, Xihu Long Jin and Dongshan Pre-Chingming Bi Lou Chun. With these teas, executive chef Frankie Tang has prepared a selection of seasonal specialities including chilled bean noodle with shredded roasted duck, braised bird's nest with crab corral and rice dumplings flavoured with Ti Guan Yin. The menu is priced at HK1,188 per person and is available until the end of the month.
