Ming Court welcomes the Year of the Dog with New Year delicacies, including three premium Chinese New Year puddings and auspicious menus to ring in a year of good luck and success. The hotel’s Chinese restaurant is launching three festive puddings showcasing an innovative range of flavours including aged pu’er with dark brown sugar and coconut Chinese New Year pudding; pumpkin and coconut Chinese New Year pudding, and the abalone, conpoy, air-dried preserved meats and turnip pudding. All puddings are elegantly packaged in Ming Court’s unique New Year prosperity box, a desired token of appreciation to share with family and friends. The Lunar New Year puddings are priced from HK$238 to HK$288 each.
