This October, an 'East meets West' culinary journey by Michelin-star chef Yuichi Kamimura awaits diners.

Due to an overwhelming response, Michelin-star chef Yuichi Kamimura will be making his return once again to Senja at The Saujana Hotel Kuala Lumpur.

From October 21 to 24, he will be introducing an artistic yet contemporary fusion of Japanese flavours with a French twist, known as ‘East meets West’

Having travelled to many of the world's best kitchens across the globe, Chef Yuichi brings his experience back to Kuala Lumpur yet again with a newly designed 4-course menu, which includes innovative culinary masterpieces such as ‘Roasted lamb and tomato with smoked eggplant and ginger cream’, ‘Char-grilled chicken with brown rice risotto’ and ‘Seared Yellow-fin Tuna with olive and eggplant salsa’.

Prices for this culinary experience ranges between RM120 (two-course lunch set) and RM380 (four-course set dinner with wine).
