Representing Villanos en Bermudas in Bogotá, Colombia (ranked number 15 on Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants), Chef Sergio Meza will be educating Malaysians on contemporary Colombian cuisine at The St Regis Kuala Lumpur's 2019 Guest Star Chef Series. It'd be a shame to miss this limited run, happening this Thursday through Saturday, January 24-26, 2019.

One of two head chefs at Villanos en Bermudas in Bogotá, Colombia, Sergio Meza (he of the bountiful hair) will open for 2019 Guest Star Chef Series. "I’m excited to cook in Malaysia for the first time and to share a little bit of the Latino spirit with everyone," enthused Meza.

Those dining in can look forward to Shrimp with Vanilla, Macadamia and Pak Choy ("I’m looking forward to this dish as it’s close to the traditional dish cooked all along the Pacific coast of Colombia"), Lamb with Beans, Avocado and Mustard ("The lamb is inspired by ancient cooking methods whereby the meat is buried in a hole in the ground and left there to cook – like an old school sous vide") and more on the 7-course menu.
