Charbonnel et Walker and renowned Hong Kong illustrator, Kitty Wong join hands this February to produce a limited-edition heart-shaped chocolate truffle box exclusively for Valentine's Day. The box celebrates the chocolatier's arrival in Hong Kong and the concept of "falling in love" with the city.
The elegant, pink handmade box will feature Wong's signature quirky and cute design and aesthetic, as previously seen in local campaigns by well-known brands such as Lane Crawford, Dior and Maybelline New York. The charming design channels classic romantic symbols such as Cupid, the god of desire, attraction and affection, with an arrow-pierced heart alongside iconic Hong Kong objects such as wooden birdcages, egg tarts, Hong Kong-style French toast and the Star Ferry, which is perhaps one of the most scenic and romantic ways to travel across the harbour.
