As the year of the pig descends, Mott 32 is presenting a new range of Lunar New Year delicacies. Among the selection are whole Atlantic lobster salad and Australian abalone with Mott 32 homemade sauce, served lo hei style. Guests can also indulge in pan-fried spring onion cake with egg and sesame, braised sea cucumber with lotus seeds, lily, dried shrimp, pearl barley, Yunnan ham and mushroom, as well as steamed fillet of leopard coral garoupa with Yunnan ham, aged huadiao wine and egg. The new year dishes are available from February 5 to 19, 2019.
