The Year of the Pig makes for an epicurean affair at the Cantonese establishment

Duddell’s is launching an epicurean affair during this year’s celebration of the Year of the Pig, presenting celebratory puddings with lion dancing and special menus. At the first-floor restaurant, guests can indulge in Cantonese favourites such as roasted suckling pig, double-boiled fish maw soup with cabbage, and crispy salted chicken.

The esteemed Chinese establishment is also offering festive puddings in collaboration with Douglas Young of lifestyle brand G.O.D. (Goods of Desire). Both sweet puddings and savoury turnip puddings are presented in keepsake boxes featuring hand-drawn traditional patterns of Chinese tea cups and soup bowls. The auspicious puddings are available at HK$288 (New year sweet pudding) and HK$338 (savoury turnip pudding) each.
