Hairy Crab Feast Returns To Causeway Bay’s 10 Shanghai

This year, Causeway Bay’s 10 Shanghai is launching an array of traditional hairy crab delicacies, from traditional treats such as steamed whole hairy crabs to sautéed shredded mandarin fish with hairy crab roe. Guests can also indulge in a series of hairy crab dishes such as braised hairy crab roe with green bean sheet jelly; hairy crab and glutinous rice cake in cream sauce; baked hairy crab and chicken with chestnuts in casserole; crispy rice crackers with hairy crab roe, and steamed hairy crab roe dumplings. The new selection of hairy crab dishes are available on the restaurant’s a la carte menu as well as its new hairy crab set dinner menu, best paired with Kuaijishan Shaoxing huadiao wines. 10 Shanghai’s new hairy crab dishes are available from now until December 31, 2019.
