Indulge in an expert-led wine and champagne dinner at The Peninsula's storied Chinese restaurant, Spring Moon, in an exciting collaboration exclusive to Cathay members. Due to take place on 24 June, the Jebsen x Spring Moon Bollinger Champagne Dinner will be hosted by TV personality and sommelier Cecilia Wong leading tastings and demonstrating the best food pairings with sumptuous dishes and fine champagne, including labels like Bollinger PN VZ16, Bollinger La Grande Année Rosé 2014, and Domaine Chanson Nuits-Saint-Georges 2018. 

Of particular note is Bollinger La Grande Année Rosé 2014, which arrived in Hong Kong for the first time in May to unleash intriguing new pairing possibilities. Featuring a blend of 63% Pinot Noir and 37% Chardonnay, the vintage imparts aromas of raspberry, wild strawberries, cherries, with a mouthfeel defined by creamy effervescence, splendid volume and long aromatic persistence.

Reserve your spot at Spring Moon from now till 19 June on Cathay. The wine pairing dinner is priced for two persons at HK$5,310 plus 2,000 Asia Miles, or alternatively, 119,540 Asia Miles.
