Sample the flavours of a northern Italian summer with this exclusive dinner on July 14

Having flown the flag for Piedmontese cuisine in Hong Kong since 2019, Castellana has become a firm favourite amongst connoisseurs of regional Italian cuisines who are looking for a taste of northern Italy. This summer, the restaurant, opened by two-Michelin-starred chef Marco Sacco and helmed by chef Fabiano Palombini, has partnered with Tatler Unlisted to offer an exclusive five-course dinner for one night only on Wednesday, July 14, bringing to the city flavours inspired by Piedmont's creamy cheeses, world-famous truffles, and wine picked from Castellana's extensive 300-bottle collection.

Spanning the area between Lago Maggiore in the north down to the quaint town of Cuneo, Piedmont is known for a regional cuisine that is rich and full-bodied, relying on the distinct seasonality of native ingredients. At Castellana, chef Palombini imbues his interpretation of Piedmontese cuisine with authenticity, while subtly incorporating contemporary elements unique to Castellana's urban context. Highlights from the off-menu dining experience for Tatler Unlisted guests include red shrimp tartare with potato gnocchi, Patagonian toothfish with braised cauliflowers and Norwegian salmon roe, and smoked beef fillet with pepper jelly and Ossetra caviar.
