InterContinental Grand Stanford’s buffet restaurant presents luxurious delicacies

From now until end of February, InterContinental Grand Stanford’s Café on M is launching a new buffet, featuring seasonal harvests of black truffles and fresh oysters, showcased through different delicacies prepared by the hotel’s experienced kitchen team. Guests can sample the earthy truffle freshly shaved on pasta prepared at the live cooking station, as well as truffle cheese fondue, and pan-fried foie gras with truffle balsamic sauce.

The highlight of the buffet is the pairing between truffles and oysters, exemplified in various dishes including grilled oysters with truffle butter, deep-fried oyster cutlet with truffle mayonnaise, and fried oyster with black truffle in clay pot. The seasonal mushroom is also great in black truffle and sea urchin fried rice as well as roast beef with Perigord truffle sauce, as well as desserts such as truffle waffle with truffle honey.

The truffle and oyster buffet is available from now until February 28, 2018. The buffet is priced at HK$618 per adult (Sunday to Thursday) and HK$678 (Friday and Saturday) and HK$298 per child aged 4-11 (Sunday to Thursday), and HK$328 (Friday and Saturday)
