Café Marco Revives Its Dinner Buffet

Situated in the Marco Polo in Tsim Sha Tsui, CaféMarco has amped up the usual dinner buffet varieties with new gourmet stations and an array of dishes spanning multiple continents. With the launch of an oyster bar and a live station, diners can now enjoy Coffin Bay oysters from Australia as well as live lobster prepared to your liking. For a limited time, diners may also enjoy Japanese hot pot presented with a variety of fresh ingredients from seafood to beef. Stop over at the Chinese station for Chiu Chow-stylegrey mullet fishand finish off at the dessert spread with cake and ice cream. The dinner buffet is available Sundays to Thursdays at the price of HK$488 per adult and HK$248 per child.
