Celebrating the peak of black truffle season, Mandarin Grill + Bar is launching a new black truffle menu featuring the prized tuber from Perigord region of France. From now until February 23, guests can indulge in an exclusive three-course menu designed by the restaurant’s chef de cuisine Simon Guthridge. The new exclusive menu is priced at HK$1,688 per person, available for both lunch and dinner. Featured dishes in the menu are also available as a la carte options.
