The French seafood restaurant at the InterContinental Hong Kong celebrates the black diamond of the season

Truffle lovers are in for a treat this season as Rech by Alain Ducasse is presenting a special winter black truffle menu. From now until February 28 (excluding the Chinese New Year Fireworks Night on February 5 and Valentine’s Day on February 14), guests can sample delicacies from a five-course menu designed and crafted by the restaurant’s executive chef Stephane Gortina. The unique courses are set to feature exclusive seasonal harvests such as French blue lobster, grilled sea scallops from Scotland and Australian beef fillet, paired with black winter truffles from Provence. Guests who purchase the truffle menu will be presented with a whole truffle, shaved tableside. The exclusive black truffle menu is priced at HK$1,788 per person, with an optional wine pairing programme available at an additional HK$688 per person
