This autumn, Man Wah is presenting an exclusive ‘Beyond A Culinary Gem’ whisky pairing dinner menu, featuring a range of scotch whisky from The Glenrothes. From now until 31 October 2021, guests can indulge in an exquisite six-course tasting menu crafted by executive Chinese chef Wong Wing-keung, paired with five exceptional single malts from The Glenrothes distillery.

The ‘Beyond A Culinary Gem’ dinner menu features Man Wah’s refined classics and often overlooked and forgotten delicacies, including classic barbecued duck feet with barbecued pork, pork belly, chicken liver and taro wrapped with duck intestines, as well as braised pork belly with taro and more – paired with a scotch whisky from The Glenrothes for a long and sweet finish, and simply an appreciation of these five full and beautifully balanced expressions of this outstanding whisky.

Priced at HK$2,988* per person and exclusively available for the month of October 2021, an ultimate gastronomic journey with food and wine is guaranteed.
