Autumn Menu at Azure

School's in session, the leaves are falling and the temperatures are almost dropping. As autumn approaches, our appetites begin to change and we start craving heavier and more flavourful food. To satisfy our cravings, Azure atop of LKF Tower unveils a new tasting menu for autumn. The four-course menu, priced at HK$528 per person is available daily in September and have the following three main courses to choose from:

- slow-cooked beef tenderloin with truffle potato purée
- Iberico pork ratatouille with brussel sprout gratin and pumpkin purée
- pan-roasted hazelnut-crusted halibut with lobster broth and black fungus
