The Japanese-French restaurant at H Queens pays homage to local cuisine with a two-day four-hands crossover

This July, Eric Raty of Arbor is collaborating with local home chef Christopher Ho in a local four-hands crossover, celebrating local cuisine with a twist from the Finnish chef. On July 24 and 25, guests can indulge in signature dishes inspired by local cuisine from both chefs.

Raised in Hong Kong, Christopher Ho is an up and coming local culinary talent with an innovative mind for creating food based on his life experiences and food culture of Hong Kong. Highlights of Ho’s signature dishes include his reinvented version of the cup noodle. The ‘Bui Meen’ features cold matcha udon served with burnt corn, sea urchin, caviar, and a white miso soy soup with sake kasu. Ho and Raty explored local markets and restaurants before they crafted the crossover menu together. The chef duo is set to create a nine-course degustation dinner, priced at HK$2,888 per person, available on July 24 and 25, as well as a four-course lunch priced at HK$988 per person, available on July 25, 2020. Reservations are highly recommended.
