Aqua's Festive Because Brunch starts with your choice of poached eggs served with either avocado, royale or florentine, followed by sushi and sashimi sharing platters and primi courses featuring porcini and black truffle risotto, and Japanese pan-fried gyoza, sansho pepper, garlic chips and ponzu sauce.

For mains, choose from roasted beef striploin with Cumberland sauce and mustard potatoes, or sesame-crusted salmon, Japanese barley and matcha miso served with assorted vegetable tempura. Diners can also enjoy Aqua’s signature dessert platter which includes a festive Italian panettone throughout December. 

Aqua’s Festive Because Brunch is served alongside a selection of free-flow drinks which include cocktails and wine all from HK$598 per person. Brunch with free-flow Veuve Clicquot Champagne is priced at HK$698 per person. Children aged 5-12 can dine for HK$308 per person, and children under 5-years-old can dine on the house.
