Amber Discovery features a four-course contemporary French menu designed by Chef Richard Ekkebus, accompanied by a glass of complimentary champagne. The menu showcases signature offerings of the two-Michelin-starred restaurant such as an appetiser of aka uni, cauliflower, lobster and Daurenki Schrenki caviar; a middle course of scampi, veal cheek, dry sherry, maitake, bulgur and bone marrow; a. main course of Ping Yuen chicken, foie gras black winter truffle, butternut squash, yellow wine and amaranth; and a dessert of local Ruby Red strawberry, pine hibiscus, enriched soy and strawberry dust.

Available from Monday to Friday after 2:30pm, Amber Discovery is attractively priced at HK$1,398 per person.
