Mickey Mouse turned 90 last November and he’s still painting the town red at Woobar, W Kuala Lumpur.
Even at 90, Mickey Mouse doesn’t seem to slow down. Although Mickey’s birthday was last November, the party has yet to stop for this lovable mouse we all grew up watching.
Woobar at W Kuala Lumpur dished up a special Mickey inspired hi-tea set to commemorate the joyous occasion. Enjoy delectable dainty pastries like ‘Mickey Crostini’, ‘Salmon Mousse’ and ‘Berry and Mascarpone Sable’ for a fun mid-afternoon affair.
Art lovers will also be glad to know eleven art pieces inspired by Mickey Mouse are currently showcased at W Kuala Lumpur. French contemporary artists Alain Vaissiere and Kikayou employs various unique techniques to each piece of work. The exhibition features pieces made from 3-dimensional lenticular networks, beautiful layered collages and washed art pieces with elements of colour, fun and vibrancy.
