Embrace the season with exquisite delights created by executive Chinese chef Wong Chi-ki

Using the freshest produce, executive chef Wong Chi-ki has created six alluring autumn delicacies to showcase premium ingredients such as codfish, Kagoshima Chamiton pork, Australia Wagyu beef, shrimps and chicken for an unforgettable dining experience.

Highlights from the menu include flambéed salt-baked chicken which is encased in a thick layer of salt and ignited with rose wine. Thereafter, guests can take to the chicken themselves, knocking off the salt crust to reveal a juicy, tender chicken inside.

Other dishes inspired by the bounty of autumn's harvest include the rich and creamy braised organic pumpkin soup with crab meat, enhanced by a touch of Yim Tin Tsai salt; grilled codfish with crab roe and meat; wok-fried pork with honey citron sauce and spring onion; beef with figs and pumpkin; and shrimps with dried tiger prawns in shrimp sauce.
