Diners can also look forward to gourmet dim sum with a pot of fine Chinese tea. 

Above & Beyond’s executive Chinese chef Wong Chi Ki has designed a 10th Anniversary six-course set dinner, providing guests an unforgettable experience against the stunning backdrop of Victoria Harbour. The set presents the most popular dishes over the last 10 years at Above & Beyond. Starting with a Chinese specialty platter, appetisers included are the crispy five spice sliced Angus beef brisket, deep-fried red king crab claw with wasabi sauce, and cordyceps flowers with white fungus in Sichuan chili sauce. Next, enjoy the nourishing double-boiled fish maw soup with lily, wolfberry with almond cream, and the baked stuffed crab shell, topped with black truffle for an extra flavour. Main course presents diner with steamed garoupa fillet, egg white in superior chicken broth and soak cooked rice with lobster, which will certainly stimulate your taste buds. Wrap up the evening delightfully with baked sago pudding with chestnut purée and Chinese petits fours.

Launching on 22 September, the set dinner menu is priced at HK$980 per person and is available only until 30 November.
