This Valentine’s Day, Red Sugar at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong is launching an exclusive romantic celebration for guests and their loved ones. The establishment’s executive chef Matthew Woolford is presenting a sharing menu with dishes featuring premium ingredients such as cured meats, truffle, and caviar. Guests can indulge in dishes such as oscietra caviar crostini, smoked petuna ocean trout with truffle and honey, Robbins Island grain-fed wagyu sirloin, as well a cheese board showcasing cheeses from France, UK, and Spain. Woolford is set to showcase two desserts—a ‘For Her’ (white chocolate raspberry champagne jelly) and ‘For Him’ (smoked dark chocolate mousse truffle pear jelly), paired with a choice of beverages: a bottle of Veuve Clicquot champagne, Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc, or Pinot Noir.  The exclusive dinner menu set for two is priced at HK$1,880 for two, inclusive of one bottle of wine or champagne.
