Try our new Italian signature menu presented by chef Andrea Delzanno for a true gastronomic journey. The set menu features Mediterranean red prawn carpaccio with avocado, caviar and citrus oil, risotto with lobster and Sicilian tomato sauce, grilled Angus beef tenderloin, parsnip purée with black truffle sauce, and panna cotta with coconut, pineapple sauce, and a mango sphere.

The decadent four-course menu is available at lunch and dinner periods. And it’s just an additional HK$420 per person for wine pairing by house sommelier, Raymond.
