Bippity Boppity Boo: A pumpkin dish inspired by Cinderella’s coach.

Once upon a time, a wilful teenager had a dream: to dazzle diners with dishes infused with whimsy. Two decades later sees the self-made chef traveling the world, spreading his love of food with wide and varied audiences, including Maybank's Amex Platinum Charge Card members. Nelly Robinson, chef-patron of nel restaurant in Sydney, Australia, took the time to talk to the 30 odd couples at The Brasserie at The St Regis Kuala Lumpur about his love of Walt Disney productions, and to elaborate on his dishes, which included 'Tick Tock,' an homage to Peter Pan; 'Under The Sea,' an aquatic dish inspired by The Little Mermaid; 'Kiss The Tramp,' which mimics the spaghetti and meatballs in The Lady & The Tramp; and 'Bambi's Mum,' a slab of bloody venison complete with faux shotgun cartridges and edible gunpowder.
