Chantecaille Rose de Mai Afternoon Tea at Intercontinental Hong Kong
What better way to surprise the special woman in your life with a pink-infused afternoon tea this Mother’s Day? Joining hands with the luxury beauty and skincare brand Chantecaille, Intercontinental Hong Kong introduces a rose-themed set that served guests with breathtaking panoramic views into the city’s harbour.
The set features a rich array of refreshing treats, including savoury items like Sunshine Egg made with crabmeat and mango, cheese fondue with black truffle, and toasted prawn sandwich with lemon mayonnaise. On the sweet side, you will find yuzu and strawberry cake, rose and raspberry macaron, as well as plain and raisin scones served with clotted cream, Earl Grey tea jelly to name a few.

The celebratory feast begins with a series of premium appetisers such as barbecue pork with honey, chilled marinated cucumber with garlic and tofu sheet roll with mushrooms. Guests can then savour a rich array of seafood delicacies, including double-boiled sea conch with fish maw, steamed lobster with garlic, as well as jumbo garoupa casserole with ginger and spring onion, complete with ground almond cream, a heartwarming dessert to round up a sweet celebration.
The Mother’s Day special menu is priced at HK$868 per person, available on May 12 for a minimum of two persons.
“Mama’s Dessert Station” at Tokyolima
If your mum has a sweet tooth, why not treat her to a delightful dessert feast? This Mother's Day, Tokyolima is presenting a colourful and beautifully adorned “Mama’s Dessert Station” at brunch, with different types of desserts such as cupcakes, macarons and strawberry tarts on offer. For Tokyolima’s regular brunch menu, guests will find a variety of sharing plates such as fresh salads topped with avocado, seaweed and sesame sauce, pork chicharron platter and fried chicken to name a few. For hot dishes, guests can choose from a handful of mains such as Tacu Tacu, a traditional Peruvian rice dish prepared with chimichurri, Peruvian grilled spring chicken, and yellow chilli and miso glazed salmon.
The festive brunch, together with Mama’s Dessert Station is priced at HK$398 per person, available exclusively on May 12.

Mother's Day Special Dinner Menu at Tate Dining Room
Spoil your mum with a festive celebration at Tate Dining Room, as chef Vicky Lau presents the eight-course dinner menu, beginning with Chinese yam with seaweed jelly, red abalone carpaccio with marinated celtuce, as well as the warm sea scallop.
