1O1O Presents: A Sense Of Connection At Arbor
Celebrating its success in telecommunications, 1O1O recently collaborated with Arbor, one of the recipients of this year’s T.Dining Top 20 Best Restaurants award, in a unique crossover dinner where guests were treated to a specially crafted menu showcasing chef Eric Raty’s innovative fusion of Finnish sensibilities and his love for premium Japanese produce.

The ‘Sense of Connection’ executive dinner was held on November 22, where guests experienced the gastronomic journey that explored and celebrated Raty’s creative vision that enriched each of his menu offerings with outstanding flavours, textures, and inventive presentations.
Highlights of the evening included starters featuring spot prawn and Kaluga caviar, mains featuring A4 wagyu beef, as well as Raty’s playful take on citrus desserts and his signature madeleines, all paired with an engaging flight of wines curated by resident wine director Sebastien Allano.
