This year's Madrid Fusion Manila finally opened their expo doors to culinary experts and foodies alike - we round up some of the things you can't miss on your next visit!

Madrid Fusion Manila 2017 starts strong with an expo that showcases a wide-range of local and foreign products - from kitchenware, cooking garb, and cookbooks, all the way to local wines and some exquisite foodie finds. Philippine Tatler gives you a peek into the expo and some of the interesting produce and products that caught our eye:

Flip through our quick round-up below:

Calaboo Sansrival

This Calaboo sansrival was definitely a show-stopper! Founded by Marie Cavosora, Calaboo Creamery has been known for their quality dairy products and the Filipino spirit they put into their work and produce. Visit them at the Department of Agriculture booth!

Duhat Wine

It's not very hard to miss with its festive set-up and energetic staff. The La Lola group pumps up the volume with their gin concoctions, and spanish cuisine.

Their booth, Terry Selections offers a large variety of wine, and delicatessen choices. The expo was certainly not lacking when it comes to the freshest vegetable produce from all over the Philippines. In this photo are just some of the vibrant finds at the One Mindanao Booth. Also great to check out is the Kai Farms Booth with organic products imported from Baguio City.
