Comorin

Comorin is a casual all-day dining restaurant that boasts a dedicated cocktail lab. Led by head of bars Warun Sharma, the bar serves a thoughtful programme of craft cocktails, house-made liqueurs and sous-vide infusions. Highlights include the Khus Vermouth Negroni made with sous vide gin, Pickled Pom Whiskey with crafted bourbon infused with pickling spices, and Comorin 75 with rhododendron flower-infused sous vide gin. Also available is a selection of playful yet comforting plates designed to pair with the cocktails, leading with the likes of lemon gunpowder idli (steamed rice cake) with golden cashews and sweet corn khichdi (rice and dal stew) with sword bean seeds and khakra (flatbread).
